Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help you! Exchanges or returns are possible up to 30 days after the delivery date.
Exchanges or returns can be done quickly and easily by following the steps below:
- Send us an email to info@trendavo.shop You will then receive return instructions from us.
- You will receive a return form from us. Please fill it out as clearly as possible and attach it to your return shipment.
- Send your package back to a carrier of your choice within 30 days of receipt.
- Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process the return within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed via email.

- Is the return free?
The cost of return shipping is at your expense and depends on the courier service and the country you are returning the item from.
- What are the conditions for returns?
Our return policy ensures that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without having to provide any reason.
The items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the labels still attached. In addition, items purchased on offer are non-refundable, only exchanged for a credit. Items on offer are NOT refundable under any circumstances, but can only be exchanged for a coupon.
Shipping costs for orders within CA are non-refundable.
- How long does it take to exchange a product?
If you indicate that you wish to exchange a product when you register your return, we will begin processing it immediately. This allows us to ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.
- What can I do if my trade-in product is no longer available?
Please contact customer service. We will inform you when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already returned the product and it is out of stock, we will contact you and work together to find a solution.
- Where can I find my order number to register my return?
You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
- What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during transport or production. Of course, we would be happy to solve this with you. Please send a message to info@trendavo.shop with a photo of your complaint. Our customer service team will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.
- What should I do if I want to return my order outside of the return period?
Please remember to hand in your return within the 14-day return period. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer you the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a credit. Please ask our customer service team about the possibilities.
Please note: Items purchased on sale are NON-refundable and can only be exchanged for a credit. Shipping costs are also deducted, and these average between 5 and 15 euros. These are deducted from the total order amount.
- How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days. You can see when the package arrived at our warehouse using the tracking number you received with your return. From that point on, the 10 business days start. After your refund has been processed, we will notify you. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
