Have you found something indispensable on TRENDAVO? Fantastic!

Now choose a color and/or size and click on "Add to cart". You can, of course, continue shopping at any time and return to your shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon in the top right corner. Please note that the items in your shopping cart are not reserved.

Are you done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the shopping cart in the top right corner to go to your items on TRENDAVO. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the 'Proceed to payment' button. This will take you to the payment process. Here you can fill in all the details on one page.


Please note: Once you have completed your order, you cannot change it, because it is processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

 

What are the shipping costs?

TRENDAVO covers the shipping costs. You therefore do not pay any shipping costs.

 

However, you pay the shipping costs, including tracking, to return your item.

Can I track my package?

Yes, we ship all your items with tracking. You can track your order through the status update page, where you will receive a link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Sometimes it can take some time for the tracking status to be available.

No shipping costs There are no shipping costs when you place an order. To order your favorite clothes online, we make it as easy and economical as possible.

 

Delivery time The delivery time for shipments to NORWAY is between 1 and 9 working days.

Track your package online We like to keep you informed. Therefore, you can track your order online as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Incorrect address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so there is always a small possibility of correcting an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you still haven't received your order, report it. 14 days after the specified delivery date, DHL will investigate the matter and keep you informed until the investigation is completed.
